We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Project/Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day installation of our roofing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a positive working environment for all team members. In addition to salary, there is potential for earning commissions on additional sales made to neighbors while on the job site as they are often interested in our services as well. Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise all aspects of roofing projects on the day of installation, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Check that all materials delivered match the order and report any discrepancies to the appropriate parties
• Manage or prevent any materials shortages that arise during the day of installation by communicating with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that all team members have the necessary materials and equipment to complete the job
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete
• Conduct pre-installation meetings with the project team to review the scope of work, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Work closely with the project team, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards and in compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is progressing as planned and identify and resolve any issues that arise
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management, to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and feedback
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities, including daily logs and change orders
• Identify opportunities to sell additional services or products to current or potential customers such as neighbors, and earn commissions on those sales

What you'll bring:

• Great communication skills
• Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards
• Proficient in MS Office and
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to be added to company insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required to complete the work
• Ability to speak Spanish (not required, but highly preferable)
• CSL (Construction Supervisor License) is a plus, but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time preferred, part time is possible but the hours would be based on jobs booked and thus not based on employee availability

Salary + Commission Pay: Averaging $35,000 - $50,000 per year, but with sales commissions and bonuses most Mighty Dog project/site supervisors make much more

Work Location: We operate throughout Middlesex County and meet with customers at their homes. Our offices are based in Concord, MA and Chelmsford, MA.
