• Support and lead safety communications strategy for Client as part of a small team
• Develop written and visual communications across many platforms (digital, print, video).
• Coordinate safety-focused activities with division lead and other safety and communications leads across North America.
• Occasional travel to support and fulfill project requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Animate)
• Expert skills in videography, including camera operation, lighting/audio techniques, editing, delivery.
• Expert in all aspects of the video production process including managing timelines, planning, writing, and other shoot prep.
• Expert skills in animation planning and development.
• Must be able to manage and understand various distribution channels.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
• Proven experience in developing high quality communications using current technology.
• Must be strong in attention to detail, resourcefulness; be proactive, self-driven and organized and work well in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including scriptwriting experience.
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and lead a project from conception to delivery.
• Professionally interact with all levels of leadership and collaborate across teams.

Additional Desired:

• Safety/kinesiology/physical therapy/sports science background and experience
• Prior experience in automotive or other manufacturing environment
• Ability to speak Spanish and assist in translation

Requirements:

• The Candidate will be involved in making Safety News & video , Spreadsheets, Banners, for spreading the Safety measures.
• Prior knowledge and experience with Digital and video Production, Graphic designing & Product designing
• Work Hours: Standard M-F 8/5, some OT/travel
• Work Schedule (Onsite/Hybrid): Currently M/W onsite; TRF home with option to come in.
• Note: These folks will be on the shop floor to shoot video/photos. Supplier - Please support this role only if you are providing specific benefits/Insurance related to the shop floor.

Travel Details:

• What percentage or how often? ~10-20%, as needed.
• Where will they need to travel? Locations in the US, potentially Mexico, Baja California
• If International, to/from which countries? Mexico, Baja California
• Will it be for meetings/observation? No, it would be for video acquisition or client consultation.
• How soon after the offer will they be required to travel? Potentially within the month.
• Reminder if travel is more than 3 months at a time Dispatch can be used, all other travel should follow the Client CW Travel Expense Policy. OK
• Please provide us any additional details we need to be aware of for travel purposes: Many trips can be made in a day; others will be overnight. None should require a week.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
