This position is an integral part of our business who will work to provide appropriate business management necessary to an effective operation using the philosophy, objectives and policies of our business owners and brand partner. About the Role: Business Director
Our Business Director will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for overseeing all functions of our business in the Wellness and Personal Service industry.
- To perform duties related to accounts receivable, hiring and onboarding, financial record keeping, goal setting, and annual planning.
- Performs all goal setting, career development, teambuilding, and educational planning for a team of 25 service providers and administrative staff using an established benchmarking system.
- Enforce standard of service and staff responsibilities daily.
- Prepares payroll,keeps employee records, and manages weekly business budgets.
- Oversees delegation of duties including but not limited to social media branding and content, scheduling and training for admin team, event planning, overall business promotion, and product launching.
- Enables service provider teams to meet sales and service goals using engagement/incentive programming.
- Plans and executes yearly service provider recruitment using brand-researched trend reports.
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience.
- High school Diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferred)
- Previous personnel management experience.
- Advanced Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office skills and the ability to create and customize administrative systems according to business needs.
- Must display good emotional health and have a passion for mentoring new employees in their career path.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
