We currently have an opening for an Account Manager. This position will be responsible for building business relationships and generating profitable revenue growth. The Account Manager will demonstrate the ability to create and execute winning sales programs that balance consumer needs with customers priorities and corporate objectives.

Location: DFW, Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA preferred

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable revenue and execute growth initiatives through our retail and ecommerce partners with effective account management, concentrating on strategic sales planning, communication, and execution
  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually beneficial business plans
  • Collaborate with key accounts and marketing team to plan and execute winning ecommerce and in-store sales programs, product launches and promotions
  • Manage annual line review and account planning processes
  • Liaison between customers and analytics team in formulating sales forecasts
  • Identify and implement profit improvement and product mix improvements
  • Perform market visits monthly
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deliver revenue, profit, and strategic goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
  • Decisive, strategic, and entrepreneurial with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. as dictated by business need

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • At least 3 years’ account management experience with consumer durable or consumable products in the automotive aftermarket (ex. NAPA Auto Parts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
