Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor

We’re recruiting for part-time Sales Advisors to sell the full portfolio of Vodafone’s fixed and mobile products in our Listowel Store. You’ll be guided by Vodafone values, which are being customer obsessed, ambitious and competitive. If you have proven sales experience in retail, telecoms or equivalent experience where you have worked to exceeded targets, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• An interest in customer success and technology
• Experience in a similar role or customer focused role is an advantage
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills
• Experience hitting sales targets (desirable)
• Active listening and questioning skills to help enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Be a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours, including midweek, weekends and public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Vodafone products, price plans, promotions, and services
• Advise customers of our products and services across our portfolio of mobile, broadband, TV, accessories and associated services
• Deliver exceptional customer assistance and service related to Vodafone products and services to achieve a positive outcome related to customers’ issues, needs or queries
• Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly
• Be guided by the Vodafone values of speed, simplicity, trust and customer focus
• Be an ambassador for the Vodafone brand

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: €10.50-€11.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Listowel, CO. Kerry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• fluent English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• B Driving Licence (preferred)
