This position has a great commission structure, with incentives that can grow based on productivity.

Job Description:

This is a non-exempt, permanent position that will report to the Sales Director and CEO of the company. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Have a winner mindset to identify new sales opportunities through specific sales tragedies and prospecting.
• Utilize consultative selling skills to identify key trends, uncover customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications to find and close sales opportunities.
• Being able to communicate clearly with potential customers and deliver the best customer service experience possible by being courteous and following the company guidelines
• Understand the communication and technology needs of small communities and rural areas. Use resources to design and propose customized solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Perform different campaigns for lead generation and direct sales opportunities.
• Must be available to work shifts between 11 am to 8 pm
• Reach assigned monthly goals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour plus Attractive Commission
