At Zip Products, Corvettes are all we do! We are a family business, located in Mechanicsville, that provides quality parts and service to customers worldwide. This position is intended for a friendly person who likes cars and enjoys conversations with people!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Selling Corvette parts primarily through in-coming phone calls

Customer Service: answering questions and finding solutions to problems while utilizing our software, website and 200+ years of experienced staff

Face to face conversations with guests in our show room

Following up with previous customers

Generating quotes for international orders

Online chatting through our website

REQUIREMENTS:

Willing to learn and accept feedback

Detail and goal oriented

Friendly personality

Clearly communicates with others

Customer service experience (preferred)

Basic car knowledge (preferred)

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

At least two Saturdays a month 9:00am-1:00pm
