Chromatique Salons are upscale hair salons that provide personalized hair care from highly trained stylists, in an intimate environment. Located in Bellevue and Issaquah, Chromatique is growing and searching for a Marketing Assistant to assist in our marketing efforts and to drive our programs through creative thinking that maximizes our branding investment and positively impacts our bottom line. This role provides a great opportunity for advancement. We will consider LOCAL applicants only.

The selected Candidate must have the creativity and the ability to:

• Think outside the box to create industry leading programs in branded and POS initiatives.
• Create original social media initiatives to drive interaction with our demographic audience.
• Create strong content to make the Chromatique brand recognizable and exciting.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing manager to drive our brand recognition.
• Strong experience with digital environments via website, blog and social content ideation, cultivation, and execution
• Communicating with key staff at our locations to drive on internal sales.
• Coordinate retailer staff training programs and initiatives.
• Develop sales tools based on client needs.
• Social Media: support social media objectives and initiatives via local activity. Operate the day-to-day posts and interaction.
• Looking after product needs/alignment, contract fulfillment, content planning and more.
• Organize, maintain and plan the marketing strategies for all Chromatique businesses.
• Plan and run key retailer sales initiatives and contests to drive sell through.
• Maintaining the Chromatique brand image throughout the online sector. Suggesting improvements, adjustments and actions taken on our digital appearance.
• Supporting local marketing events within the Pacific Northwest.

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for eliciting excitement through brand development and creative marketing strategies
• Ability to learn, grow and develop as our business changes and develops.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Self-starter, taking initiative to drive projects independently and manage projects.
• Sales experience / Sales Oriented POV
• Presentation Skills
• Superior communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong work ethic and initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Ability to travel 15-20% to our locations in Bellevue and Issaquah
