Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our ComplyRight Digital Operations Team!
Your Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Service regarding SB Services to include but not limited to:
- Process orders
- Prepare correspondence
- Create sales reports for customers and internal teams
- Create Statement of Work documents for customers and resellers
- Create billing upload and summary billing statements
- Fulfill customer needs to meet/exceed customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative needs for the Ops Team
You Must Have:
- Knowledge of practices and procedures for Service Bureau Operations
- Willingness to assist with tasks and projects
- Work well independently and as a team to meet company, department and sales goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Intermediate skills with various MS Office apps (outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
