We are looking for a team member to join and grow with our business. We are busy! You will welcome customers, guide them through our choice of pastries and drinks or retail items, answer questions and make sure our guests have a pleasant experience in our Pastry shop.

Primary responsibilities and requirements:

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Engaging with our customers, listening to them to determine the best products for their needs
• Staying knowledgeable about our range of pastries, drinks and retail items
• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked store and a clean and organized workspace.
• Taking orders by phone
• Maintaining retail inventory full and equipment clean
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/café
• Friendly, confident and welcoming communication skills and presence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
