Seeking enthusiastic candidates for full-time openings at our Lincoln City and Newport Stores. Share our commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience.

Leading candidates will possess these qualities; strong leadership skills, strong work ethic, excellent communication, exceptional attention to detail, problem solving skills and be a hands-on team player. Retail experience desirable but not required. Our professional buying, marketing, training, delivery, and service teams provide you with everything you need to be successful. Excellent attendance is a priority. Comprehensive training program with on-going product knowledge and support from our training staff.

Essential functions of the Position:

• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Exceeding sales goals.
• Drive and desire to overachieve.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding and promoting company programs including financing, promotions, services and availability.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Tuesday - Saturday 8:45am-5:00pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales with the ability to provide specific and measurable details.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and independently
• Highly self-motivated.

Requirements: Background Check

• High School diploma or equivalent, College preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
