Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports to: Sales & Marketing Team Leader

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Job Function

This job functions as Sales Team Member and assists implementation of NCI’s Sales and Marketing activity. In coordination with Team Leader, carry out NCI Sales and Marketing Processes and programs.

Position Goals & Objectives

1. Present NCI Services to prospects and existing customers in a positive and friendly manner.

2. Assess needs based on customer/prospect feedback.

3. Suggest Services to fit customer needs.

4. Schedule customer appointments as outlined in NCI Scheduling process.

Areas of Responsibility

1. NCI’s Business and Residential Sales activity. Including; incoming phone calls, needs assessment, documents preparation, coordination of service installation for NCI Services to Business and Residential customers.

2. Use NCI Customer Management Software efficiently and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• Omak, WA 98841: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
