Imperial Motors of Lake Bluff is seeking a professional and motivated candidate who wants to break into the Luxury Automotive Sales industry. We want to start building the next generation of our luxury automotive sales team and are looking for the right candidate who is ready to learn. Our perfect candidate will be ready to commit and set themselves up for a long career in the luxury automotive sales world.

This position will start out as an hourly position and will eventually become a salary+commission position as you enter into a full sales role.

Responsibilities

• Learn from our two top Sales Managers who have over 80 years of sales experience
• Enter and follow up on all sales leads in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date on current manufacturer incentives and current sales specials the dealership is offering.
• Maintain daily knowledge of all inventory.
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Meet individual and department sales goals
• Attending sales meetings and training sessions as required
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
