We have an immediate need for a highly personable, and passionate Sales Associate to join our sales team at our Metrowest Locations.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while overseeing operational functions and driving sales and memberships. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for executing daily sales and conversions. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and personability. As the member of the sales team, the Sales Associate must execute calls and events to drive up lead conversion %. This team member must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals.. The Sales Associate must be flexible and adaptable to shift hours as needed to make sure that leads are communicated with quickly.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Properly follow sales processes to call leads on a daily basis
- Responsible for keeping a join-to-lead conversion % over 25% Ideally 30%
- Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization.
- Communicates with team for ongoing success and future growth.
- Communicates with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members.
- Timely response and follow through with all sales director requests.
- Enforces KidStrong corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.
- Provides effective decision-making regarding sales issues or escalates to supervisor for assistance.
- Responsible for working on & off site sales events in the community to gain new leads
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and at least 1 weekend day
- Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials through company required vetting.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, complete sales calls, and be a self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for excellence.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
- Practical work experience using Google products (google docs, drive, sheets, etc)
- Required to call 35+ hours per week
- Required to run and/or attend on and offsite events (including community events, birthday parties, academies to close sales)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (recommended)
- Sales: 1 year (recommended)
- Shifts: Morning (Required) Mid-Day (Required) Evening (Required) Weekend (1 day Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
