Our business is dedicated to selling French products: macarons, cakes, pastries like butter croissants, chocolates, gelato, coffee and crafted drinks, celebration cakes.

We are hiring Sales Associates whose main responsibility will be to create the unique and great experience that our customers are expecting to find in our pastry shop.

Your role will be to engage enthusiastically with them to determine their needs, answer their questions and guide them in their choices. If necessary, you should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Sales Associate, you will need to stay up-to-date with our products range and features and maintain our store visual appearance and neatness in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of our Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting our sales goals.

Job requirements :

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Self-motivated and works independently with minimal supervision *Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinker *High integrity with a great attendance record *Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner *The position requires to be available to work weekends and evenings

Experience: Customer service and retail experiences required

Location: The Corners of Brookfield, WI

Compensation:

*$11.50 to $13 / hour depending on experience ($10 during training) *Tips *Store Discounts

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.50 - $13.00/hour.
