20+ hrs per week, Some Saturdays, closed on Sunday. Career minded individual to join our team of dedicated, customer centered associates. Must have a minimum of 2 years one-on-one sales experience with proven successful sales track. This is not a cashier position. Ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, service oriented, neat, articulate and punctual. We will train on our products. Red Wing shoes and boots are #1 in the industry worldwide. Our loyal customer base includes industrial and individual Red Wing followers. Compensation is based on hourly plus monthly bonus. Productive Individual employee averages $18 to $20 per hr.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales practices.
• Assess customers' needs through established sales process.
• Achieve department’s sales goals on a daily, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Promote and sell shoe brand to industrial businesses.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive customer satisfaction and sales.
• Continuously update knowledge of product line and extensions.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Skills
• Proven work experience as a one on one Sales Representative.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to learn and follow established sales process.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
