Your CBD Store Franchise is the largest brick and mortar CBD retail company in the country. We specialize in high-quality CBD products and educating our community. We are looking to hire a part time Sales Associate (up to 29 hours per week) to work with our customers, giving them the best experience possible, and who can take responsibility for making sure that the daily operations of our retail outlets in New Milford and Danbury run smoothly by supporting staff on the sales floor and handling administrative duties. Their duties include inspecting inventory shipments, managing inventory, resolving customer complaints and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Assist Management in realizing or exceeding determined sales plans and target metric objectives.

· Help with local events, B2B and C2B Networking (in the community)

· Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of Stores.

· Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and Social Media Presence

· Set up advertising displays (including yard signs) and arrange merchandise on counter or tables to promote sales

· Keep daily records of store sales, damages, inventory, deposit log, scheduling, employee discount and new hire paperwork

· Ensure the store is secured at closing by checking if the doors are locked, alarms are set and all safes are locked.

Requirements:

• Retail Experience / Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact with all ages
• Strong desire to help others /
• MUST be Available on Sundays (please do not apply if you are unavailable on Sundays).
• Available 25-29 hours per week.

Interviews: Initial interviews will be held on Zoom followed by an in-person interview for the qualifying candidate.

Training: Paid training but will require candidate to train in Middletown, Rocky Hill, New Canaan, Danbury and/or New Milford locations. Must be flexible to attend training at any of the locations.
