We are looking for result-driven retail Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate must be out going and positive, a self starter who stays up-to-date with product features. Helps maintain our store’s visual appearance to high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting their sales goals. Associates must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Fashion Consultants Responsibilities
• Approach the customer in a timely manner. Ask open and honest questions to help them find their shopping needs. When not with a customer, Consultants put out new merchandise
• Recover area and ensure area is clean and neat.
• Complete markdowns in a timely manner.
• Reset visual presentations.
• Pull the internet order assigned to your work area.
• Open and Close Selling Resistors in your work area.
• Maintain selling standards and goals.
• Open 1 credit app in 40 hours.
• High level of attendance is required.
• Follow directed dress code for a Fashion Consultant.
• Any other area responsibilities given by management.
• energetic personality with customer service focus

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
