We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Business Partner! This individual will be a key player within our company, driving sales from past experiences with knowledge of business to business professional protocols all while developing long term relationships. This position is a remote position with the individual living on Long Island or in the NYC area.

SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and managing client relationships and building our line of business.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Executes effective business development activities including prospecting and qualifying clients, maintaining and establishing new client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities and scheduling client visits.

· Participates in full cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, preparing candidates for client interviews and candidate evaluation.

· Works with recruiting team to identify top talent and qualified candidates in the market for job orders.

· Seeks out, analyzes and facilitates potential open houses, job fairs, and/or trade shows to increase the hiring/talent pool.

· Prepares customized proposals, presentations, and rate sheets for customers.

· Reviews client contracts and works on necessary adjustments and/or changes.

· Negotiates bill rates and conversion fees with clients.

· Proactively works with clients to understand what customized staffing solutions will work for their company/organization.

· Participates in staff and leadership meetings.

· Attends a minimum of one outside outreach/networking event per month in order to generate leads for new business opportunities. Encourages staff to identify additional resources and become brand ambassadors by representing our company at these events.

· Implements ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company.

· Ensures individual and staff compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as with Federal and State employment laws. Educates staff on changes as updates become available.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of work-related experience.

Consistent high performer in achieving or exceeding sales and recruiting goals.

Motivated, detail oriented and results driven.

Strong active listening and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize workload and work effectively and accurately in a high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.

Must possess clear decision-making capabilities and display a strong work ethic; must always demonstrate high-level of integrity and practice honest decision making.

Superb written and verbal communication skills; personable, positive, and courteous

Proficient in Microsoft Office and on Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Avionte,)

Must be able to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends required.
