Location: Memphis, IN

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will promote and sell RVs to prospective customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and recommend RVs that meet their specific requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the buying process is smooth and hassle-free.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell RVs to prospective customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend RVs that meet their specific requirements
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each RV
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiations and closing sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers
• Be dedicated to continuing education that we provide to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the RV industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work Saturdays
