As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our sales team, supporting all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You'll work closely with the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure they have an exceptional experience working with us.

No previous sales experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

$40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year (Base salary + Commission)

Responsibilities - A Day in the life:

• Assist the sales team in generating new leads and prospecting for new business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Create and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements - Sound like you?

• Strong Interest in a sales career – Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• U.S. work authorization (required).
