The Sales and Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales. In this role you work closely with the sales and estimating team streamlining our customer journey, coordinating and scheduling the pipeline, overseeing BID management, coordinating project workflows, and, overseeing all departmental administrative tasks.
You will bring strong computer skills and be familiar using CRM's, confident in Microsoft Office and have an eye for detail. Working from our new office in Hyattsville you will have the ability to multitask and communicate strongly. On a daily basis you will be interacting with various departments, customers, preparing BID documentation and producing reports.
You will love helping people and also be a self-starter being able to work independently.
A great attitude, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, great communication skills across all levels and a desire to grow with the team is a must.
