Location: Dublin (Ireland), Reading or Towcester (UK) - remote & office-based (hybrid)

About the role
As an SDR/BDR, you’ll be first and foremost new business sales orientated and you will have the remit to grow the sales pipeline within all of the businesses focus verticals. We are keen to speak with hungry and energetic sales hunters who want to use their strong communication and persuasion skills to drive lead generation activity for the business. You will need to demonstrate strong resiliency and creativity to ensure your outreach efforts stand out in a crowded market.

We believe you are a highly driven and ambitious individual, who will strive to consistently achieve and over-achieve your targets. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to progress to Account Executive within 10-12 months.

Key Role Responsibilities:
    Learn and manage proven sales processes to generate new opportunities
    Learn and work with Senior Account Executives to maximise performance
    Leverage a range of sales tools to prospect into key verticals and geographies
    Manage a pipeline of potential prospects
    Engage with decision makers to understand their business needs and objectives

Essential Skills & Experience
    A creative thinker with the ability to think outside of the box
    A confident and coachable individual
    The ability to work autonomously and be a true self-starter
    Strong interest and preferably, experience in lead generation/outbound sales
    Unwavering commitment to personal performance
    Experience in utilising sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.
    A logical and methodical individual, who displays urgency, a bias for action and curiosity
    Excellent English communication skills
    An understanding and interest in digital technology (websites, social media, mobile apps, marketing)
    Competitive hobbies
