Job Description


The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue and new customer opportunities for the company by meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling company products through professional sales techniques and long-term customer engagement
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas
  • Leading any assigned RFP efforts by collaborating with internal resources to deliver the best possible response
  • Innate hunger for learning and continued development
  • Providing timely updates on pipelines and forecasts
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
  • Conducting contract negotiations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales Experience
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in marketing, financial service, and/or software or software-as-a-service fields
  • Ability to engage large accounts and technical sales projects that cover many months
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Executive presence, technical aptitude, and ability to sell to all levels of the organization are required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
