YOUR ROLE Aramark Northern Europe is currently recruiting for a Catering Sales Executive to join our team in Croke Park, Jones Road, Dublin. The successful candidate will be required to liaise between the Aramark and Croke Park Meetings and Event team. You will also be working closely with the Croke Park Premium & Suite Match Day team selling and planning Suite catering for match day.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Prestigious Croke Park Stadium contract. This is a FullTime role working mainly Monday – Friday, however there will be a requirement to work on Concert Days and most match days. Croke Park Stadium is a unique and Iconic venue which we are proud to be associated with and very committed to delivering world class customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• To liaise and build relationships between Aramark and Croke Park M&E and Suites team.
• To inform and showcase any new offerings to the Croke Park Meeting & Events team.
• Advise appropriate menus or create new menus to meet specific event and budget requirements.
• Support the Croke Park Events team with client site visits and tastings.
• Ensure both organisations have all necessary event information to carry out successful events.
• To assist in developing and implementing new catering opportunities for events and corporate hospitality.
• To provide the Aramark Team with a monthly business on the books report.
• Sell all catering for match day and concerts for 93 corporate boxes.
• To plan all catering for corporate boxes, hospitality, and any area with pre booked food & beverage.
• To link in with Suite Holders on Match & Concert days to ensure they are satisfied.
• To assist with any catering/service complications on Match & Concert days.
• Invoice Suite Holders for all food and beverage post-match day and concerts.
• Plan any Aramark Head office events held in the stadium in accordance with Croke Park Meeting & Events standards.
• Book internal meetings on the Croke Park events system. Promote a professional image of both Croke Park and ARAMARK Ireland at all times both internally and externally.

Key Requirements

• Excellent planning and organising skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for food, excellence in customer service and is ready to challenge in the interest of delivering improvements across all areas of our business.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Tourism / Hospitality industry, ideally within a conference and events or hospitality role.
• Ability to share passion for our business with our clients, to communicate a vision and build meaningful, longterm relationships.
• Computer literate.
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work on own initiative.
• Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work.
• Comfortable working within a busy and dynamic team/business.
• 3rd level qualification in business/or hospitality would be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €21,000.00-€62,971.77 per year
