Position Summary: Responsible for administrative and finance duties in the sales department.

Duties include:

Sales

  • Prepares quotes and correspondence as directed by sales representatives
  • Prepares bills of sale, finance paperwork, and all necessary sales documentation provided to the customer
  • Prepares title applications, typing certificates of origin & 20 day plates for customers with trailers
  • Maintains literature for all lines carried
  • Keeps all manufacturer's catalogs and price lists updated
  • Tracks customers through system for mailings, marketing and other correspondence for sales department.
  • Coordinates accurate documentation to be submitted to accounting department

Finance and Insurance

  • Maintains a list of all retail financing options for customers
  • Processes all retail financing documents for customers
  • Maintains up to date software and knowledge of software necessary to prepare finance paperwork

Rentals

  • Prepares rental-for-sale paperwork for sales representatives
  • Tracks rental-for-sale units and payments
  • Prepares rental-for-sale reports monthly
  • Prepares rental depreciation spreadsheets for office manager

Other Duties

  • Telephone receptionist
  • Greet and direct customers to appropriate department
  • Other duties as may be designated by Office/Accounting Manager

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years Accounting and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Specific Skills: Computer software skills

Must have weekend availability, requires a Saturday shift every other week.
