Our Ideal candidate is:
- Active Real Estate license in Illinois
- Some real estate sales/leasing experience preferred
- Must join Chicago Association of Realtors and pay annual dues and fees
- Willing to work on a 100% commission basis
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial drive to achieve unlimited success
- Must have automobile or form of transportation
