Our Ideal candidate is:

• Active Real Estate license in Illinois
• Some real estate sales/leasing experience preferred
• Must join Chicago Association of Realtors and pay annual dues and fees
• Willing to work on a 100% commission basis
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial drive to achieve unlimited success
• Must have automobile or form of transportation
