Position Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Location: Iowa City, IA

Spend your work week managing a group of independent sales representatives as they sell promotional advertising, sometimes known as swag.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Communicates marketing and sales programs

2. Proactively reach out to your sales team to monitor performance, suggest ideas and encourage sales activity

3. Assist sales team with product research

4. Communicate with customers and business partners; develop personal relationships appropriate for business development

5. Manage licensing programs and Brand Management for corporate clients

6. Implement company approved strategies to increase sales across entire company

Experience

Prior Sales management experience is helpful. Experience within the promotional products business is desired. Prior experience with presentations, communications, and general business is preferred.

Skills

Possesses the ability to motivate and influence others toward business goals. The ability to communicate orally and through written correspondence with customers, field sales representatives and internal office stall. Computer skills (outlook, word, excel) is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
