Job description

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is both experienced and has exceptional communication skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their team and train new agents. Must be self motivated and success driven. Must be able to talk to people you have never met before. As a sales manager you will need to keep your team organized and goal driven. Hours are flexible. No night time or weekend hours required.

Responsibilities:

• Call clients
• Deescalate angry clients
• Sell products and services to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Manage a team of employees.
• Organize your own schedule and assist with your agents scheduling
• Put proposals together for business owner/ new clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $63,589.77 - $74,074.05 per year
