As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and driving revenue growth for our business. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of sales associates and ensure they meet their sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to identify new opportunities and trends in the market
• Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability
• Provide training and mentorship to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and growth opportunities to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

We offer a competitive salary starting from $2,000.00 per month plus commission, based on experience and qualifications.
