Location –Dublin (Remote/ Hybrid)

Salary 90K + OTE

Are you interesting in joining a global IT reseller for the biggest tech companies in the world? My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team and revolutionise the way they do sales. You will drive business growth by customer and partner obsession.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

You Will Have:

  • Passion for sales with proven experience of at least 5 years working successfully as a business manager / account manager serving large companies in the IT market
  • Experience in marketing IT services and solutions, Cloud, Information Security, Data Intelligence, BI, Advanced Platform Management Services and Consulting.
