Amerline Enterprises Company, an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of electrical power connectors has a position for a Sales Manager with strong sales experience in the OEM Industrial market. You will be selling our AEC connector products with the advantage of an inbound marketing campaign, excellent lead times, and a price advantage backed by our 43-year track record of product excellence.

Base salary ranging from $70K -$110K plus commission. Full company benefits include medical insurance, 401k, vacation, and sick time.

Responsibilities:

• Establish new OEM accounts and connector distributors for our AEC circular connector lines and accessories.
• Contact decision makers to promote AEC connectors.
• Work with connector distributors to grow Amerline connector market share.
• Participate in trade shows and industry conferences.
• Travel on a need required basis.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum HS degree or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years selling circular electrical connectors to an OEM customer base.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a successful team player.
• Strong prospecting and sale closing skills required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
