Job description
We are looking for an entry level sales office administrator to join our sales office team and help us achieve our goals. This job will allow room for growth and potential for promotion within company.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with questions about our products and orders and provide support to our sales director. Our ideal candidate should be detail oriented and have an the ability to work independently. If you have good organizational skills and feel you would be a good fit for our casual office environment then we would love to hear from you.
This job may require occasional travel to tradeshows.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Director on multiple projects
- Track progress of new projects and product development
- Respond to requests for information to keep projects on track
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure project completion targets are met and report any deviations
- Follow up on leads
Skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office based programs (excel and word)
- Salesforce experience a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines (self directed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
