About the Role

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €34,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

Our Sales Operations team is tasked with managing the smooth and efficient processing of Domestic customer sales and retentions across all sales channels. Our key purpose is to maximise the successful throughput of new sales. We form a vital part of the wider customer onboarding journey and provide analysis and support for internal and 3rd party sales teams.

In this role you will:

  • Effectively manage daily CAF (customer sales agreement forms) work queues and resolve outstanding actions through to final resolution
  • Manage the new sale process from all domestic channels and responding to customer queries by phone or email regarding their new sale.
  • Proactively communicate with individual customers to ensure their sale/retention to SSE Airtricity is completed in a timely manner and meets all customer expectations. This will include the configuration of Northern Ireland customer configuring their pre-paid meter to SSE and the completion of change of tenancy agreement forms on current premises
  • Consistently and routinely complete mandatory tasks accurately and compliantly to deadline
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to our third-party partners and sales management

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Knowledge of current sales processes
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Utility Market Messages across ESBN, GNI & NIEN would be an advantage
