We at Noel Group are looking for a Sales Operations Manager for our clients. Sales operations managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their company’s sales department.

Sales Operations Manager Duties:

• Analysing sales data and identifying customer trends to help improve sales performance
• Coordinating with marketing staff to develop sales campaigns that will generate interest in new products or services
• Consulting with other managers to discuss strategies for improving operational efficiency throughout the department
• Managing employee performance through regular feedback and coaching sessions with individual team members
• Developing training materials for new hires and updating existing training as needed
• Managing a team of sales representatives who are out in the field selling products or services to clients
• Reviewing reports from individual sales reps to determine whether the team is meeting its goals for the week, month, quarter, or year

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years management experience
• Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills
• A full clean driving licence
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team

• €65,000 starting salary for a Trainee Area Manager
