About Your New Employer:

A successful food company are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time perm role, onsite at their office based in East Limerick.

This role is for someone who is a team player and has excellent communication skills. The ideal person has customer service, order management and admin experience.

About Your New Job:

  • Provide Front Office support such as welcoming and managing clients and visitors, answering the phone and general administration duties
  • Assist with invoices and payroll services
  • Update systems to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Respond directly to customer queries in relation to products or issues
  • Assess customers’ needs and collaborate with Account Manager to identify opportunities to make the process and service more efficient and effective
  • Provide customer feedback and supply chain issues to the Customer Care Manager to enable process improvement
  • Provide sales lead feedback to the Sales Team where opportunities are identified with existing customers
  • Review and control inventory levels and manage replenishment activities
  • Liaise with the external partners including logistic providers identifying the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules

The Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Experience with in-house/ERP systems
  • Experience in similar role
