Must be detail orientated, have strong aptitude/comfort with computers, comfortable learning/retaining new processes. Must be comfortable working/prioritizing independently while remaining sensitive to operational, customer, and sales team deadlines.

Team orientated attitude, strong work ethic, and being comfortable taking a proactive stance with all communication will be important to success in the role.

Experience in an administrative or customer service role required; prior experience in an order entry not necessarily required, we are willing to train those who will be dedicated to learning!

*Position available based on a retirement of one of our family members, looking to onboard early June to ensure sufficient time for training*

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with PO/contract review for completeness and accuracy of order details & specs

Data order entry into our ERP system for floor release & job folder assembly

Assist estimators by managing material & outside vendor quotes as needed
Assist with customer survey requests & getting quote portals populated with our info.
May assist with customer portal set-up or survey requests, travel planning/trade show registrations

May assist with data compilation sales/performance for accounts or individual jobs
Other administrative projects/tasks for manufacturing departments or the sales team as needed
