Outdoor Options is looking for highly motivated and experienced sales people to join our team to provide our customers with a legendary buying experience. We go-getters that like to win together and have fun so if you don't, this isn't the place for you.

You will be responsible for generating new leads, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales.

This is a commission-based position with a leading company in the storage industry so it has very high earning potential. And if you are wondering if you saw the income right, yes, 6 figure incomes do happen here for go-getters.

Responsibilities to being successful in sales:

• Generate new leads through referrals or posting on social media
• Follow through with company provided leads
• Provide excellent customer service to potential customers by greeting them professionally, answering their questions, demonstrating the features, advantages and benefits of our storage items, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Close sales and turn completed purchase paperwork over to scheduling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers so you can fill your funnel of potential customers
• Meet sales goals
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge & industry trends
• Occasionally attend events to promote our products in the community

Requirements to being a great salesperson and awesome team member:

• Proven track record of sales success or be a highly motivated individual ready to conquer your next challenge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently but together as a team to hit goals.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with operating computers
• Ability to work weekdays until 5pm and a half day on Saturday (No Saturday evenings or Sundays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
