Ken Vance Motors is comprised of Honda, Volkswagen, Audi, Hyundai, as well as a large selection of pre-owned Brands in their Used Vehicle Superstore.
As a Sales Professional, you must posses an engaging and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic, as well as work as part of a team and take pride in the work you do.
Specific Qualifications for the Automotive Sales Professional position include:
- A desire to work in a performance based environment.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
- Excellent verbal, written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance & demeanor.
- Self motivated and self starting.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to follow through.
- Proven sales experience wanted, but will train the right candidate
- Submit & Pass a drug & alcohol pre-screening.
