Experience
Job training provided. Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center as well
as automotive knowledge would be helpful.
Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Professional and articulate phone voice and behavior and great follow-up ability
• Ability to become proficient on systems used to manage customer
• appointments—navigating within systems and updating information with a high
• degree of accuracy while assisting customers on the phone
• Ability to handle several customers at once along with taking on new clients as well
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, results-oriented, team-player
• Must be able to adjust to periodic schedule changes
• Bilingual
• Basic computer skills
• Solve practical problems within guidelines

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls
• Assisting car shoppers in booking appointments to visit our car dealership
• Calling existing prospects to follow up with their internet and/or telephone

inquiries about purchasing a vehicle

• Guiding customers in their shopping journey
• Following up with customers after all sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,196.00 - $6,180.00 per month
