Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to develop relationships with high potential referral sources in our service area, and to make the phone ring with inquiries for in-home care services.
Key Accountabilities
1) Build and maintain an “A List” of 80 referral sources
2) Develop and nurture the relationship with A List individuals
3) Conduct in-home assessments and get signed engagement agreements
4) Collaborate with office team on start of care and on-going home care services
5) Nurture the relationship with primary family caregiver go avoid client turnover
