Job Summary:
Indiana Marine Products, a Division of Patrick Industries is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Team serving the Greater Elkhart Area. The Sales Representative will be coming into position that offers rapid growth opportunities. They will also receive one-on-one training and coaching from an industry expert!

A successful Sales Representative will work with the support of the Distribution Team, Suppliers and Inside sales personnel to introduce products to new customers, and foster relationships with current ones. As a part of the Patrick Industries team, this person will put the Customers’ needs first.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing long-term, dynamic customer relationships that generate steadily growing sales revenue with both manufactured and distributed product lines
- Meeting and exceeding planned sales and margin targets through cooperation with Sales Manager, Inside Sales Support and Supplier Sales representatives
- Ability to hunt for new prospects, introduce new product or service solutions, and ask for the sale
- Staying on task with freedom of working from home office and setting own schedule.

Requirements:
· Direct sales to OEM-account experience preferred
· Ability to conduct customer calls to generate sales revenue which will meet or exceed plan targets
· Strong, professional communication skills, written and oral
· Ability to build productive relationships both internally and externally
· High motivation with ability to work independently to achieve sales goals
· Must be well organized and driven to achieve success
· Ability to delegate sales support from beginning to end and see that they get accomplished in a timely manner
· Assure proper processing of customer orders, pricing and quote generation in conjunction with Customer Service for the Business Unit
· Established industry relationships a plus
