We are a small business dedicated to the export of tools and materials to Latin America in the oil and gas sector.

We are looking for a responsible and independent person. It is required to be able to speak Spanish and English, since our clients are also based in Latin America. We have a relaxed work environment and comfortable working spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Be pending of phone calls/emails from clients and providers
• Archive and organize documents
• Send and receive packages
• Track and follow up shipments made to the border
• Quickbook knowledge is a plus

• Contestar y hacer llamadas telefónicas con clientes y proveedores
• Revisar y contestar emails
• Archivar los documentos generados de cada venta
• Recibir y enviar paquetes a la frontera (Paquetería)
• Rastrear envíos hasta su destino final
• Conocimiento del quickbooks es deseable
