Sales representative is a full-time job in the office located in the City of Industry. 3-4 years sun-shading/lawn & garden industry or printing/advertising equirement industry experience is required. The sales representative sells goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to business, government agencies and other organizations in terms of contacting customers, explaining the features of the products, negotiating prices as well as answering questions that the customers may have about the products.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE

· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences. The qualified candidates should have experiences of exploring at least 30 potential business opportunities and have effective strategies and potential abilities to retain the existing clients and cultivate the client relationship.

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain smoothly how specific products and services can meet these needs, as well as answering any questions or concerns they might have. Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have.

· Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements and prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing. This job requires the ability of cost accounting.

· Utilizes digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary as well as developing the potential clients.

· Ability to strategize own business and be self-motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity through out of home base selling and strong client relationships.

BASIC REQUIRMENT

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with the clients. A demonstrated passion for superior guest service.

· Educates self and client on merchandise, events, and promotions. Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.

· Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent sales, negotiation, and math skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related social medial software.

· The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 3-4 years of outdoor patio umbrellas or restaurant supplies selling experience is required.

· Costco, Walmart, HomeDepot, Chefstoys, Restaurant Depot or Amazon selling experience a PLUS.
