Sales Specialist / Dublin West

Our client is a well established solid technical manufacturing company seeking a Sales Specialist with great drive, hunger and motivation. Salary: €42K plus bonus and benefits.

The Role:

• Screening market for upcoming projects e.g. external project database
• Pro-active contacting of potential customers for early engagement
• Provides feedback on web lead quality to marketing
• Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in area of responsibility
• Driving solution selling methodology with architects and developers, consultants or other influencers
• Develops and grows companies position in customer base or market area
• Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
• Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team
• Generates leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
• Customer pricing and solutions; Driving sales plan through proactive / consultative approach
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting
• Working CRM database: SAP/Salesforce

The Candidate:

• Ideally a graduate with a couple of years sales / customer service experience in a technical environment
• An strong technical/engineering mindset required
• Excellent customer service experience with strong negotiation, collaboration and drive essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong digital skills and MS Office
• SAP/Salesforce a plus
