Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate is to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Responsibilities

*DELIVERING A PLEASANT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE *MAINTAIN THE STORE IN A CLEANLY, PRESENTABLE MANNER *VISUALLY MERCHANDISE THE STORE FLOOR WHEN NEEDED *COMPLETE TRANSACTIONS FROM START TO FINISH *OPERATE STORE EQUIPMENT *LOSS PREVENTION *SOCIAL MEDIA CAN BE A PART OF THE JOB IF YOU ARE GOOD AT IT *GO THE EXTRA MILE TO DRIVE SALES - $$$ incentives for good sales! *REMAIN KNOWLEDGEABLE ON PRODUCTS OFFERED AND DISCUSS AVAILABLE OPTIONS *ADDING ITEMS TO THE STORE DEPOP ON DOWNTIME *KEEPING UP CLEANLINESS IN THE STORE

Qualifications

Requirements

*SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS *HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE *ABLE TO COMMUTE TO AND FROM WORK

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
