The Sales Support Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities pertaining to supporting the Sales Support Team. Will provide superior customer service to internal and external customers in adherence to Holt CAT’s mission statement.
Essential Functions:
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Acts as a resource and responds to basic inquiries for internal and external customers, Sales Force Team, Demo, RPO, and Sales Representatives
- Coordinates the scoring of machines in a timely/accurate manner
- Assists the Sales Support Team with invoicing attachments as needed as well as billing for inter-company affiliates.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for enrolling extended warranty coverage on used/rental inventory
- Supports the daily verification of equipment that is sold and marking– to include working with store coordinators / Sales Reps when machines are in transition
- Completes a calculation/review of monthly sales commission statements
- Assists the Sales Support Team/Supervisor(s) with data analysis, verification of processes, and auditing of completed invoicing packets
- Collaborates with team and supervisor(s) to provide a rational approach to the processes involved in identifying and defining problems/ goals, implementing alternative solution strategies
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business or finance preferred
- Three or more years of work-related experience required
- More than three years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate knowledge of business accounting principles
- Intermediate level of transaction code/entry code knowledge, with an understanding of invoices, CAT credit statements, and journal entries/coding
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate level skill utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software
- Ability to work with minimal direction in a setting alongside team and supervisor(s), with a willingness to provide proactive assistance and support to the team
- Knowledge of internal Dealer Business System (DBS) preferred
Travel:
- Travel may be required upon assignment (less than 5%)
