Brad Hall Fuel is currently seeking a Sales Support Lead. BHF is one of the largest petroleum distributors in the Western United States doing business in over 40 states. In addition to the BHF core business, BHF is involved in agriculture, oil field services, propane distribution, LNG, fuel transportation, retail fuel stations, and property management.

The Sales Support Lead will primarily be focused on:

  • Sales Support
  • Manage Image Stewardship program - upload scores to customer portal and provide customer support to ensure corrective action and compliance.
  • Coordinate customer image stewardship scoring – Complaint resolution/Demand letter generation
  • Coordinate Brand specific credit card network requirements and contracts.  Ensure branded sites get and stay connected.
  • Coordinate set up for all brand website and customer facing portals. This includes understanding and executing support programs.
  • Manage monthly/quarterly volume reporting for each brand.
  • Verify branded rebates are being received and appropriately assigned.
  • Train on available tools and invoicing processes, including brand transaction portals
  • Customer Support
  • Field calls and resolve customer concerns related to network connection and brand program execution
  • Train customers on the Brad Hall Fuel Customer Portal
  • Assist dealers with brand technology compliance (EMV, mobile pay, software etc.)
  • Maintain customer profiles on each brand portal (POP, Dispensers, CC apps)
  • Communicate all brand updates and marketing programs to dealers
  • Coordinate grand opening events and associated orders for giveaways and flags
  • System (NetSuite) Support
  • Maintain integrity of NetSuite Customer records (site details, contracts, files etc.)
  • Confirm completion of sales process tasks (NetSuite)

The preferred candidate for the Sales Support Lead will have the following:

  • Two or more years of experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems (NetSuite/Office 365) and processes.
  • Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
  • Able to effectively multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to assist and relate to multiple leadership types in multiple industries simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
