The Store Sales Associate will work inside of our partnered retail location. Your main goal will be to approach customers, explain our services and set appointments for our sales professionals. These are zero cost estimates for replacement of Air Conditioning Systems. In this role, you have the ability to earn commission per qualified lead, uncapped.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Flexible hours throughout the week, WEEKENDS REQUIRED
• Ability to travel to other nearby store locations 1-2 times per week
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enthusiasm and high level of comfort approaching customers
• Must be comfortable working in a team and an independent setting
• Desire to get your steps in for the day! This position requires standing and/or walking for long durations within a retail setting.
