Job description
We are looking for professional, high-energy individuals to join our team of Sales Support Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for responding to customer requests and keeping detailed records of these interactions. A successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, demonstrated problem-solving abilities and an interest in working in a small-team environment. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. An interest in working with people and enjoying communication on the phone is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, in person and through social media.
- Use customer data to identify trends and issues.
- Facilitate communications between customers and other business stakeholders.
- Provide data analysis and present information to customers.
- Basic computer and phone skills a plus.
- Improve quality of service to customers and exceed their expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,836.00 - $48,927.00 per year
